Christmas Crusted Akaroa Salmon Fillet

Premium sea-raised salmon sourced from the pristine waters of Akaroa Harbour, finished with a delicious crust of tart cranberries, toasted almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Fresh dill and parsley add brightness and herbaceous notes to complement the rich, buttery flesh. A showstopping centrepiece for your festive table.

Supplied Frozen, simply defrost and cook. Travels well and can be cooked in the dish it is supplied in on the BBQ or in the oven.
