Beetroot Slaw with Feta, Rocket, Mint and Salad Sprinkles

A fresh spin on our deli favourite, this colourful salad is ideal for your Christmas table. It features raw beetroot and carrot julienne combined with fresh mint, rocket, feta cheese, salad sprinkles made from a secret blend of seeds, nuts, and coconut, with a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Our Salads are ready to serve and will require minimal mixing, simply tip each component supplied into a large mixing bowl and mix very gently before piling onto your favourite serving platter.

SALAD SIZE
Each salad on our Christmas Day menu this year will weigh between 800g and 1kg and is designed as a side dish for 6-8 adults, our salads will all work in harmony with each other.
