Who doesn't love a Caesar Salad? Our fresh take on this classic is made with fresh raw kale leaves for a robust texture, our perfectly balanced house-made Caesar dressing, crispy streaky bacon, shaved parmesan cheese and boiled free range eggs.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Our Salads are ready to serve and will require minimal mixing, simply tip each component supplied into a large mixing bowl and mix very gently before piling onto your favourite serving platter.
SALAD SIZE
Each salad on our Christmas Day menu this year will weigh between 800g and 1kg and is designed as a side dish for 6-8 adults, our salads will all work in harmony with each other.
