Roast Vege Salad Kit

Hands down our most popular salad in the Deli. Our Roast Vege salad kit allows you the freedom to roast when ready and serve alongside one of our fabulous proteins. 

What's in the kit?
2kg of ready to roast veges including pumpkin, carrot, kumara and red onion, 1 x 250ml bottle of our own Balsamic reduction (this is heaps and will leave you enough for another time), roasted red capsicum strips and baby spinach.

Simply roast the veges, add the capsicum and spinach and drizzle over the dressing!
