Dukkah

A fragrant blend of spices, salt, sesame and almonds, toasted to bring out its rich, nutty flavour. Used daily in the Deli on our baked Akaroa salmon. Also features as a topping on our Persian lamb shoulder to add a deliciously savoury, aromatic finish.

HOW TO USE?
Great as a topping on hummus, sprinkle over roasted chickpeas and add to a salad, use as a crust on fish or chicken, serve alongside Fat God Olive oil and warm ciabatta bread for an easy dip.
