Smoked Salmon Flat Tart

500g of Akaroa Cold Smoked Salmon on a buttery puff pastry base with caramelised onion jam, spinach, mozzarella, capers and cream cheese, by far our 'most' popular flat tart!

This can be served at room temperature or warm. Cut into your desired size, we recommend between 8 and 10 slices, or for something different cut into small 'two bite' sized pieces for an afternoon drinks party.
