Crispy Pork Belly
Fabulous Pork belly stuffed with fresh herbs and garlic before being slow cooked for 16 hours and then crackled to perfection! Served with Maison Therese Old Fashioned Apple Chutney.

HOW TO SERVE
Defrost overnight in the fridge.
To heat as a whole piece - leave wrapped in it's foil package and heat for 30 minutes at 160C, then remove the foil wrapping and heat for a further 30 minutes or until hot.
To heat as a portion - cut into your desired size, we recommend 6 portions per 1kg piece. Lay onto a lined baking tray and heat for 10 minutes at 180C
