French Toast

Layers of homemade brioche with fresh apple and a cinnamon custard.  Baked and ready for you to serve. Simply leave it as is and warm or cut it into slices, panfry and top with bacon, banana and maple syrup for the perfect Christmas Day brunch.

For something a little different try it as a dessert. Cut into slices, panfry and top with your favourite ice-cream.
