Smoked Salmon Flat Tart

500g of Akaroa Cold Smoked Salmon on a buttery puff pastry base with caramelised onion jam, spinach, mozzarella, capers and cream cheese.

This can be served at room temperature or warm. Cut into your desired size, we recommend between 8 and 12 slices. 

Ideal served for brunch or with a salad for a more substantial lunch.
